Music at St. John's

Lunchtime concerts are given on Fridays at 12.30pm during June/July and October/November, lasting around 45  minutes. A wide range of instrumentalists and singers participate to a high standard. Lunches are available  afterwards in the Church Hall. Admission donations generate income for the new organ project and the Bursary Fund of the New School of Organ  Studies, with which the Church is closely  associated. Publicity leaflets and Posters are displayed locally.

Saturday Morning Coffee

The doors of St. John’s are always open on Saturday  mornings from 10.00am  to 12.00 noon for coffee or tea.  Some people like to combine this with a trip to the town centre or time praying quietly in the Memorial Chapel or Garden of Remembrance.

St. John's Women's Fellowship

We meet on the third Friday of the month at 2.30pm in the Church Hall to share fellowship and love with prayers, Bible readings and sometimes a speaker. All ladies are welcome to join us, whether or not they attend St. John's.
